Dr. Nara Tekippe was raised in northeast Iowa and attended Medical School at the University of Iowa from 2002-2006. After completing a three-year Residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Utah, she moved to the Wenatchee/Leavenworth area in 2009. Dr. Tekippe has been with Central Washington Hospital since residency.
Grant County EMS CQI Medical Event Report
This form should be filled out when there is a protocol violation, adverse patient event, high risk procedure, or report of excellence in care. The form and PCR is then forwarded to the agency CQI representative who reviews it, and then to me as appropriate. A CQI policy is forthcoming.
